Order Processing

We make every effort to ship in-stock items within 24 hours. In some cases, order processing may take up to three business days. We do not ship on weekends or on the following holidays (or their observed weekdays, if they fall on a weekend):

Emergency & After-Hours Shipping

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We ship via trusted logistics partners such as UPS and FedEx. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note: tracking numbers may not activate until the carrier scans the shipment.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and take clear photos of the packaging. Send all documentation to info@mobilemedparts.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue quickly.

If damage is discovered after acceptance, contact us within 2 days of delivery with supporting photos and order information.

Missing Items or Shipments

Please inspect your order upon arrival. We must be notified of any shortages within 2 days of delivery. If your order ships in multiple boxes, note that carriers may deliver them on separate days.
